We enclosed the tickets, an immigration card, and 3 customs declaration forms. Please make sure the following subject before boarding.

1.	Customs Declaration

It is required for entry and exit.

When you enter Russian immigration, you need to submit 2 customs declaration forms, and after that a staff of immigration bureau will return 1 checked customs declaration form to you, this form is required to leave Russia. When you leave Russia, you need submit the checked customs declaration form and a new customs declaration form. Please keep your customs declaration forms until you complete the embarkation procedure.

2.	Russian Immigration Card

When you enter and leave Russia, you must submit immigration cards. Please refer to the enclosed example card and fill in 2 places (For entry: A, For departure: B).

When you arrive, immigration officials will pick up the card (A) and return the card (B). The card (B) should be handed over to immigration officials on the border when leaving the country.

3.	Boarding Procedure

From 30th October 2012 to 24th March 2012

For HZ152 flight【on Wednesday and Saturday】,please check in between 11:30 and 12:20

From 1th January 2012

For HZ1152 flight【on Sanday】,please check in between 12:30 and 13:20

We can't accpet your Check-in if you are late.

The place of Check-in counter mentioned on map may be changed.
Please check it by information-board when you depart.

4.	The baggage

	The free baggage allowance is up to 20 kg.
	Customers are allowed to bring one carry-on bag. The one carry-on bag should weigh more than 5 kgs or not exceed 15cm x 25cm x 35cm. *In case that flight is operated by DHC8-300,heavy or large baggage (weight is more than 20kg or total of three sides is over 200 centimeter)may be denied to be loaded.

Excess bags are 700yen / 1kg (cash only- yen)

5.	Airport Tax

As of March 26th.2010,airport charges for international departure flight at SAPPORO(NEW CHITOSE)airport is introduced.
*Price (Per 1passenger for international departure flight,include tax)
·Adult (12years old and over):1000JPY
·Child (from 2 to 11 years old):500JPY
*When infant whose age is 0 or 1 use ticket of child,they must pay amount for child (500JPY).
