Less than 2 liters of alcohol beverages, 400 pieces of tobacco, 100 pieces of cigars and 0.5kgs of cut tobbaco is without duty. (over 18years/per person) [New rule] It's applied to goods of the toal cost of which exceeds 1,500 euro and the total weight of which exceeds 50kgs. In case of excess over this standard, tax of articles will be 30% of the declared value, at least 4 euro per 1kg. Less than 3 liters of alcohol beverages (including beer) is free for duty. Over 3 liters up to 5 liters of alcohol beverages is taxable with 10 euro per 1liter. Less than 5 liters of ethyl alcohol is taxable with 22 euro per 1 liter. Less than 200 pieces of tobacco, 50 pieces of cigars, 0.25kgs of cut tobbaco or 0.25kgs of their total weight is without duty. (over 18years/per person)
